stupid question
but where can I find Marsala wine, I look for it in the supermarket but I dont know if I am looking in the wrong place bc I cant find it.

Are you looking for cooking wine or real marsala wine? There is a big difference. Cooking wine is usually found in the aisle where the vinegars are. If it's actual Marsala wine, you would have to get that at a liquor store.

You want real marsala wine from a liquor store. It doesn't have to be the really expensive kind either  The one they sell in the market is no bueno

I made the mistake of buying the cooking Marsala from the supermarket. Its fine but i have learned that it is always better to cook with real wine. Cooking wine has too much salt and the taste isn't authentic. So I'd suggest going to a place that sells wine and buying actual Marsala wine.
