Oreo Cheesecake
its not really a recipe but...
i put about 25 oreos in a food processor until crumbly and press it down on the bottom of a springform pan- i keep the cream part too so it sticks together. sometimes i bake it in the oven for 10 minutes (most of the time i forget)
add chunks of white chocolate on top of the oreo crust then pour in your favorite cheesecake recipe. Heat up seedless raspberry jam with some water and dollop it on top (uncooked). Use a butter knife to swirl it in and then bake as usual.

I made an AWESOME brownie cheesecake
Followed this recipe
I didn't make the brownies from scratch though... I just used my fave mix (Ghiardelli). YUM!
