Don't waste your money. I'd be happy to give you all the info. The diet is supposedly based on your body type. Very hard to keep up with it, I was cooking NON-STOP and there were so many things you couldn't eat. A lot of basic food groups were no-nos.
I lost weight but it wasn't practical or healthy IMO.

Well I already wasted my money over the summer and I was gonna pull it out and start using it but it does seem labor intensive
