I have a question for the personel trainers and or workout experts
I need HELP!!! I need to start to work out now to keep off the weight and fat I got rid of after my tummy tuck . Can anyone recommend any good exercises I can do at home. Once the weather gets nice I will be out pushing the stroller around but that isnt going to help my abds and back.
TIA

As far as getting rid of fat, there's no such thing as spot reduction. You defintely want to do cardio to help with that. In addition, I'd do core excercises to help strengthen the area.

Be extremely careful with core work. Depending on how long ago your surgery was, you can do more harm than good.

I think I would be nervous doing any core work until the dr approves it.
You could probably do bicep curls, lateral raises, overhead triceps, shoulder presses (just trying to think of arm work that doesn't require too much core strength) and lots of cardio (I imagine you want to start low impact)
