Comsewogue vs. Smithtown
We currently live in the Comsewogue School District and my mom lives in Smithtown. She would like for us to buy her house next year. I don't know how Comsewogue is compared to Smithtown (DS is just ending EI this summer). If anyone has any feedback on the two, please share it with me.

DH's cousin is in Comsewogue and she had a very rough time getting services for her son.
He was evaluated 2 x's before he received services at almost 3 for apraxia and she had to pay out of pocket for summer services because they wouldnt approve it. He has been receiving services for alittle over a year and a half and they just had his yearly review and want to cut his speech services going into kindergarten. Anyone who has a child with apraxia knows it is YEARS before they catch up and they want to cut his services 
Not everyone's experience may be the same but she had a horrible time.
