Has anyone used Sachem Dental? What has your experience been? Looking for a new dentist...

I hate them! We went twice and I switched! We now go to Olear in Centerport and love him!

We've been going to the Lake Ronkonkoma location for about 6 yrs and never had an issue.

sooo hated them. i had to call up my insurance and beg to go somewhere else since when i was in excrutiating pain and needed a root canal they couldnt fit me in for almost 2 weeks.
Luckily my insurance let me go someplace else and change them as my providers.

I use the one on Hawkins. My parents and siblings also use Sachem but in different locations. We all like them and so far have not had any problems w/ dentist, insurance or front desk

I have been to 3 of their offices and I have only found 2 dentists from their group I like. One is for emergency dental work the other is a regular dentist. Otherwise I agree most of the dentists are sub-par. I use the one in Nesconset.

Are you talking about the one near Tutor Time?
There is also one on Broadway ave- right off Inverness.
My girlfriend uses them and LOVES them.
It's a smaller one.

Yep near TT! Theres actually a few of us on here that are neighbors! my boss uses the one on broadway and likes them as well... so maybe thats a better choice

The one on Broadway has an excellent oral surgeon. As far as the general dentistry, there is a father son teams there-Ditolla. The dad is better than the son  I have first hand experience. The dentistry is still sub-par IMO though.

ITA. The dentists are awful as is the rest office staff. I'd avoid them at all costs.
