Restaurant Rec for 50ish people... on a Saturday night...
So my BIL is getting married in Oct, and they are looking for a restaurant to have the rehearsal dinner at. It would be a Saturday night and there will be about 50 people... so that of course narrows things down a bit.
They were looking in the general Commack area, but I think they have expanded outward, to Smithtown at least.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know if they are willing to goto the south shore but Beachtree in east islip is a nice place and you can rent out the upstairs room. My sister is having her rehearsal there in may.

Giorgios Italian restaurant on Smithtown blvd in Nesconset....food is great and price is reasonable!

I don't have a rec.. but I wanted to say that when I read the title I thought you were asking for a restaurant appropriate for people who were in their 50's.

You can rent out the Brickhouse brewerys upsatirs room in Patchogue. Its reasonably priced and they have great food.
