roadtrip with dogs
Hi all! I'm planning on a 10hr roadtrip with myself, DH and my 2 dogs. One of my dogs gets carsick driving 30mins. She gets sick mostly when we stop somewhere in the middle of our journey. Any advice?

my dog gets car sick and the vet gave us cerenia. It worked great but be warned that it pretty much knocks the dog out. You can ask your vet for suggestions too.

My dog use to get very car sick. The vet recommended that we take him in the car as frequently as possible to he him get use to being in the car. It took a few months but now he very rarely gets car sick even on long road trips 6+ hours.

Don't feed them before you leave and crack the windows. Fresh air is good for them.
