So proud of Debi!!!!
She's lost 13 pounds!! And, she showed me her college project/report, on her weight loss!!!! It's awesome!!! She included pics in her report, of her different weights, when she graduated HS, First College Graduation (She's in college again, for her Masters), and what she weighed when she got married. So proud of her, and now I'm motivated again!!!! Mary

Thanks, guys!!! I think part of her project was also taking in foods that she eats, and sharing them with her classmates. Just surmising, because she needed my ice packs to take food in. Now Debi and my Mom weigh less than I do!!!! I gotta hurry up and lose weight AGAIN!!! Bought a new pr. of KEDS today, to walk!!!!!  Mary
