WW and bread
Hi ladies,
I was wondering if anyone had a particular brand of bread they liked that works for them? I've been eating Whole Wheat from trader joe's that is 4 points for 2 slices. Can you recommend a bread that's lower in points than that?
thanks!

Re: WW and bread
I like Stop & Shop brand light multi-grain. Since it's a "light" bread its a power food, and it's 2pp for 2 slices.

Re: WW and bread
I've been eating the WW Rye bread and I really like it. It's 2pp for 2 slices. I also like Pepperidge Farm Light Style Whole Wheat and that's 3pp for 2 slices.

Re: WW and bread
I always use Sara Lee Delightful Wheat bread. Not the Honey one. I forgot, but it's only 1 point for 2 slices or 2 points? This is on the old plan though. Don't know about the new plan? It's only like 90 calories for both slices. Tastes great too!

Re: WW and bread
I'm so glad I asked. I just can't stand the idea of "spending" more points on bread than the meat that goes on it!
Thank you everyone!

Re: WW and bread
I like the Stop and Shop brand: light whole wheat. If the WW brand is on sale I'll get that.
Stop and Shop also has sandwich thins as well.
