I just made the best Apple Cinnamon Bread Ever!!!!!!
Here is the recipe:
APPLE CINNAMON BREAD
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 tbsp. cinnamon
TOPPING:
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter and sugar. Dissolve soda in milk and vinegar. Add eggs. Add together and then mix in rest of ingredients in order listed.
Pour batter (it will be thick) into greased 8 x 5 inch bread pan. Prepare topping by mixing ingredients until crumbly. Cover batter with topping. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Is it more of an Apple-Cinnamon crumb loaf since the topping looks to be a crumb topping of some sort???
