WW girls
I just started today and need to stock my house with WW friendly foods. Can you please tell me what kinds of things you eat throughout the day that are low in points.Thanks!

I don't do WW but I count calories and my healthy go to options for cooking and snacking are:
-blueberries -raspberries -strawberries -blackberries -broccoli -green peppers -lettuce -cabbage -onions -celery -carrots -hummus -greek plain yogurt -chicken stock -red hot -oatmeal -popchips -mixed nuts -canned tomatoes -canned beans -ground turkey -ground chicken -chicken tenderloins

I just started a little over a week ago and this is what I just restocked up on again....
Weight Watchers- Pita Pockets and Seedless Rye bread
Perdue Chicken Shortcut ( i uses in the Pita pockets)
I cant believe it's not butter spray ( for toast)
Boar's Head Turkey or chicken.
Jenny-O turkey bacon WW string cheese Fiber one bars 94% fat free popcorn
Some Lean Cuisine meal Weight watcher mint chocolate chip 2-point icecream
Fruit- Since it's 0 point. Rasberries, clementines, grapes, apples.
Pirates Booty or Pop Chips

For breakfast I usually have:
Greek yogurt and fruit oatmeal and fruit Cereal (sometimes with milk/sometimes dry) mini bagel with a little bit of whipped cream cheese
Snacks:
All different kinds of fruit Special K bars String Cheese Red Fat Wheat thins or Triscuits Mini Brie from Trader Joes Pop Chips Celery and Red Fat Ranch Dressing Granola Thins Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch: Almost always I have Boar's Head Turkey or Chicken on WW bread or a sandwich thin Sometimes I'll have a salad Sometimes I'll have a WW meal

Breakfast I usually have: Egg Beaters or Special K Cereal (or really any cereal) along with a piece of fruit and crystal light.
AM Snack (one of the following) LUNA Bar Kellogg's Fiber Plus Bar Fiber One Bar
Lunch: Turkey Or Chicken w/ WW cheese & Lettuce on Pepperidge Farm Light Style Bread WW pretzels, Baked Lays, Or WW Pop Chips (they JUST came out at the centers) Fruit
PM Snack: I play around with how many points I have.. Just now I had: Grapes, Laughing Cow Cheese, and 2 Meringue Cookies (these are sooooo good)
Dinner: Anything!
I do recipes from WW boards or from skinnytaste.com
If I'm in a rush/bind/don't feel like cooking, I use Jennie O's Turkey burgers or Jack Daniels pulled pork or chicken. Served with Veggies
I also keep WW ice cream in the freezer and Chobani Yogurt in the fridge!
ETA: I always have fruits and veggies on hand!

containers of egg whites are like water to me. I got through them like crazy. I eat some variation of egg whites every day for breakfast and cook with them in a lot of WW recipes
low fat shredded cheeses
FRUIT!
Fresh vegetables
Frozen spinach - used in SO many WW recipes and soooo delicious
Canned tomatos
whole wheat wraps
salsa
