Substitute for a recovery formula?
I'm doing Insanity and they always mention to drink your recovery formula. I guess it's a high protein and carb drink. It's too expensive for me so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a cheap delicious drink that I can drink instead? Someone told me chocolate milk but I'm not sure it has enough protein? Thanks!

GNC has a recovery drink-check that out. It is not just protein-its carbs too
