SLACKER ONCE AGAIN! Today's recipe
I am really sorry everyone. I have posted in a couple of days. I have been working really late, and have been out.
Today's recipe is actually what I am making for dinner tonight.
Penne w/ Brocolli and Tomatoes
2 brocolli crowns, chopped
1 lb Penne
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 cup of red wine
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tspn oregano
Fresh Grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1/2 cup of olive oil
Add tomatoes, brocolli, garlic, parsley,oregano,olive oil into a large saucepan. Cook until broccoli is soft on mediium heat. After cooked, add Red wine, and let simmer to burn off the alcohol(  )
Boil water for pasta. Cook Penne until it is how you like it. I prefer Al Dente.
Drain pasta, put in large bowl. (Pasta serving bowl if you have one). Pour sauce mixture on top, and mix together. I use 2 cups of Pecorino. It melts and makes everything taste amazing.

Am I missing how much broccoli to use, or has it been a really long day?
