Starting WW again
I took a long break and eventually quit 
I realized that no matter how busy I am, I can't let this go so here I am, starting again
I hope to be mentally stronger this time and am making a motivation board in the office that will hopefully visualized my goals.
Anyone else been here before?

I joined in January all gung-ho and that went down hill quick. Now I have joined again and also started going back to the gym 3x per week. It's a start.

Ummm...I am there now...
I joined about 2 months ago. I was gung-ho in the beginning. I lost 5 lbs within a couple of weeks but then I fell of the wagon and haven't been back since. I don't know what's wrong with me. I only need to lose about 20lbs and I know I could do it within a few months if I could just stick with it.

I just started online last week. I was in the same boat. I can't take feeling/looking this way anymore. I committed to the online, 3 month program. Feel free to message me if you need support or if you gals want to share recipes!

Ok, feeling a bit better that I have some others that have BTDT
Today is day 1 again
I have today and tomorrow planned out which I think will help a lot and hope to keep posting here about it...
Feel free to share your recipes, ideas, challenges
One big challenge for me is I have so many social things going on its so hard to eat healthy at birthday parties, anniversaries, etc
Any suggestions for that?
I also am making a motivation board for my office, of both skinny and fat pics of me  and some things I will buy for myself if I stick to it
