Mad at myself
I am STRESSED. We move in 3 weeks. The new house is nowhere even close to being finished. I have to tend to the girls solo while DH works on the new house, all while trying to pack up our current, 3000sq/ft house by myself with the girls. On top of that, my office is moving IN THE SAME WEEK so I have to make sure I'm packed up, and the rest of my team members are also packed and ready to go. Add on top of that the fact that my oldest daughter "graduates" preschool the same week we move and starts a new camp, I am A STRESSBALL.
So, what happens when I get stressed? I can't eat. My tummy tightens in knots and the thought of food makes me nauseaus.
I won't lie, I barely ate yesterday, which I know is TERRIBLE, but it's just really hard when I'm so stressed. I still decided to go for a run, and made it to a smidge over 5 miles on the treadmill.
But when I got off... OMG... OUCH. I pulled something in my ankle. It hurts!!!! I'm sure it happened because I'm not taking care of my body, and the strain of everything is too much with packing, moving boxes, and not eating enough
So, I guess I'm on a forced break for the rest of the week... I don't know what the point of this post is - maybe just some words of encouragement!!

Wow, all that stuff going on at once would be enough to send anyone over the edge. Sounds like your body is telling you to slow down - I hope it's not a serious injury & you heal quickly, and that things calm down for you soon!
