Planet Smoothie

Now that they are in Penn I am always tempted to have a pro yo. It's their fro yo with pre and probiotics. It has no sugar but it's made with agave and stevia and I think it's fat free.

I can't find a damn bit of nutritional info on it. I get a small two times a week there. It's got to be listed in the store somewhere. They list calories on all of their smoothies but I haven't found anything online about the pro yo.

Any info out there?

I think I'll go today and ask them for it. I need it to track points.

I've been punting and putting it down as 4 pts but frankly it has no sugar and high protein so I have no idea.

If you go to build your smoothie on the website and choose yogurt as the main ingredient and dont add anything else it gives you the nutritional breakdown.

2 points plus for a serving but not sure what a serving is. I assume it's 4 oz. 1/2 cup.

I know the small cup they serve a small in has more than 4 oz so I did double.

I've never been to this place but on the build your own page, under the nutritional label that they put the info into...it says for a 22 oz smoothie.....not sure if that is accurate though....
