best classes?
what gym do you think offers the best classes? i am in south-eastern nassau and thinking about changing gyms bc mine doesnt offer classes.
how is lucille? any others?

I go to Synergy in Long Beach and loooooove the classes! There's a synergy on sunrise by Kohl's too, in Massapequa.

I go to World Gym in Wantagh and they offer a ton of classes. Downfall they are pretty pricey! From what I've heard they have a great daycare though and more classes than most gyms. For me it's the convenience. Only 5 mins from my home and 2 mins to LIRR!

I don't belong to a gym, but always recommend people checking out Hot Yoga Massapequa who are in SE Nassau/Western Suffolk.
I go there 3-4x a week and LOVE it.
Wish I could go more.
