Best ZUMBA classes in Eastern Nassau and Western Suffolk???
Can anyone recommend the BEST classes with either weekday morning schedules or after 7pm?

I know  You were the only one I could do that to without getting your panties in a little bunch and thinking I am "bragging" or "promoting"  
Seriously - what areas are you looking for exactly? Bet U Can Dance is East Northport - but might be far - since you are in Hicksville, would you be willing to go a little west?
There is Ella Marie Dance Studio - have you been there? They have good classes!

I don't wear panties so I don't have that problem!!!! And I don't care if you promote. I know you for too long to think anything of it!!!!!
I looked at Bet U can dance but it is a bit far. I can't make it to 7pm there because of DS, and I can't do the 2 days the "great" girl every talks about is in.
I NEVER did Zumba but I do know it MUST be a good class.

The instructor is Nikki - Nicole something - I'm her facebook friend - she is good and has a nice following but she is very VERY high cardio. She is young and high energy but not a "little" girl - so I think it's nice to see a girl "of size" teaching for some people.... I like her energy. I also have not taken her full class but know her from Zumbathons where she did some songs.
