joining ww tomorrow
My son is 10 weeks old today, and I haven't lost any weight since I was 1 week pp   
I gained 35 lbs this pregnancy, and have only lost about 18. I would LOVE to lose the other 17 by the end of the summer (sooner would be better!!!)
I am a lifetime ww member, but have never done the new program...any suggestions, tips, motivation?? thanks!

Just to point out that you "only" lost 18lbs in 10 weeks is almost 2lbs a week. That's the norm!! Great job on the loss thus far! I've been on WW for longer than that and down 16.8 lbs. I enjoy this program a lot! It takes getting used to because of the new points for carbs. Some things that were 1 or 2 points are now 3 or 4 PP. Stock up on high protein foods like deli meats and almonds to help you feel full.

the 18 lbs was from giving birth
I'm excited about the new program...I think it's great that carbs are accounted for now....hopefully it will work well for me!!!
Awesome job on losing 17 lbs!!! That's great!!! You should be very proud of yourself!!!

thanks ladies!!!went today...the program looks really good! i'm excited!!! plus, I have 3 free weeks...if you are lifetime, you have 3 months from the time the baby is born for free...how cool is that!!!
