Anyone see Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition?
I liken it to the "I Used to Be Fat" series on MTV just the stakes are higher and they have more time.
I DVR'd it and happened to be watching while PMS'ing. Mistake. I bawled for the first 10 minutes! 
It really is inspirational though. These are "morbidly obese" people who need to lose a hundred pounds or more. I really like watching shows like this, because if they can do it, I can do it!!

when she made the trainer cry? omg, what a moment. she looked AMAZING, so proud and happy for her. what a feat

Yes, when she wanted to stop and pushed through and was so positive about it! A far cry from some of the divas that were on 'I Used to Be Fat'!

oooh, absolutely!! at first, i thought she was going to cry and whine - and give up. but the way she used the pain as motivation and just pushed right through - that was awesome.
