Weird q- weight gain/water retention during ovulation?

I know water gain during one's period is common- but what about during ovulation? Anyone experience this? I am on WW and had a good week last week- I worked out more than ever and stuck to my points. Yet on Saturday, I gained .4. Not a big gain but I expected to lose.

I walked 3 miles yesterday, ate well, and again, gained a little this morning. When I looked at my calendar I realized this is the time I should/would ovulate. Has this happened to anyone else? I am so frustrated!

YES! This happens to me, I could gain up to 3 lbs. I think it's really important to just focus on your weight loss over the course of a month as opposed to week-to-week. And, as long as you keep up the good work eating healthy and clean and keep moving, you have nothing to worry about!

Yup! I usually gain weight 2 weeks before my period comes and it sticks with me until my period leaves!

I totally gain weight during ovulation. It took me so long to figure it out but every month I have a good pound to 2 pound weight gain during ovulation. It drops for a few days and then goes back up when I get my period. Just another joy of being a woman!

Happens to me at ovulation time too. It took me a good 3 months of weighing in on a regular basis before I noticed the pattern, and it was really upsetting me until I figured it out!
