Walking/Run outside in this weather
At what time do you go out with this weather?. I was planning to go out now but still is crazy hot.

I'm doing c25K and I run after I put my girls to bed. Usually it's around 9:30...last night I went out at 10:15 and had sweat puring off me in about 5 mins.

I probably go at one of the worst time 4:00. It is hot but it is the most convenient time for me. Over the summer, I try to go by 9am. I teach so I have more flexibility.

I've been going around 7-8 pm. (take the kids in the jogging stroller right before bed). if I didn't have to take the kids I would go later.

I live in FL so it's pretty much 85/90 most of the year. We always go out around 7pm, it's not AS hot since the sun is setting and where we run it's in the shade by that time.

During the summer I always try to get my runs in early in the AM. If I have to, I'll do it in the evening, but it's still usually pretty hot out. I also won't run if the temps are above 85-90 and it's very humid out. It's dangerous and it's just a miserable time to be exercising.
