Any cardio kickboxing in the huntington area?
I used to this years ago and would like to get back into it.
I'm not looking to do grappling and sparing. Just a regular cardio kickboxing class.
I am in South Huntington and I can't travel to far because my DH will try to work it out so he can watch DD.

There is total body shaping on route 110. If you go into the parking lot where toys ru s is ago straight down towards 110 it actually on 110.
