Faces of Loss, Faces of Hope

This is a website I found off of a list of resources the hospital gave me after I lost my son.

I read some stories and found someone who had a very similar story to mine. It helped me so much to know that I wasn't alone.

I decided that her story helped me, maybe mine could help someone else...

OMG you write so beautifully, I am sitting here bawling. You really have gone through such a traumatic experience. I am so, so sorry

Its very strange but the weekend before my second sonogram I was at my sisters house and suddenly I got this really bad stomach virus - my sister said my face was green - not vomiting just really bad diarrhea. I was fine after two days and to be honest I didn't think anything of it until now...I went for my second sonogram that week and the heartbeat was not there. Just wondering if any of you moms had stomach issues before your miscarriages?

Back to you - you are an amazing strong woman

I am sobbing here reading your story. You have such strength. I can't imagine living through what you have experienced. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious baby boy.

Your story is so heartbreaking. I cannot stop crying. Seems like a never ending nightmare that no one should endure. I am so sorry once again....and may your little angel continue to look down on you and your family.

Thanks ladies...writing has been helping. I'm glad I was able to share my story in some way.

OMG your story is so heartbreaking. I am hysterical in tears on the train right now. My heart goes out to you and your family. I cannot imagine what you have been through. I am so so sorry for your loss.

I have been looking for somewhere to write also, as I have found that it helps me too. If you wouldn't mind, I might also use this site as an outlet...It really is a beautiful place for women who have experienced loss to come together, and feel like they aren't alone.

I think it's a great outlet. There are so many women with many different stories. I'm glad I found this site and hope it might help you too. Will you let me know if you do submit your story?

wow -- I feel so bad for you and your husband. Your story has me in tears.

I don't know if it was the same thing or not -- but 27 years ago my mom had a similar story..... and I lost my little brother.

During that pregnancy she got the worst stomach virus she has EVER had in her entire life..... and Brian ended up being born 3 (I think it might have been 4 months, I was only 4 years old)months early..... he lived for 5 months in the NICU.



My heart breaks for you.

Hello Meissa....I 'am soo sorry! Your story is so touching!! my cried like a baby reading it! Ryan is a little angels waching over your fam.....U can't imagine how hard it has beeing losing your baby!
