I'm doing an application for a school district that wants multiple letters of recommendation. Fine, I have lots. I'm trying to establish a career path, so I have one from each phase of my career, and two from my last place of employment. My DH just said I should not use the one from college because it's "too old." (From 2007). Is it too old to use? If so, I feel like I need something from then, so should I contact my former chairperson there and ask for another, newer letter? WWYD?
