Lower Carb/Sugar Dessert?
Any ideas?? I would love a recipe someone has tried and is good rather than experimenting on things that turn out gross.

Re: Lower Carb/Sugar Dessert?
One of my favs is very basic - take a banana, and three pieces of a hershey's chocolate bar and stick the chocolate in the middle of the banana, cook it in the oven for a little while.
Soooooooooooooo yummmy... and only 3 little pieces of chocolate with a banana

I like the banana route too. I'll slice them to make it appear that I'm eating more and dip them in 2 tablespoons of low fat peanut butter.
I'm not sure if it's really low fat, but there's a recipe on All Recipes for fruit/oatmeal bars. I'm sure you could futz with the ingredients to make it to your liking.

I made these today and they came out good! To make it lower carb you can use splenda instead and leave out the cookie on the bottom. I baked mine with blueberries.
I also slice a banana in half and spead some honey on both sides. I then bake for 15 mins and serve with vanilla yogurt. I got that off the above website.
