Hi ladies! I know I do not post on her a ton, but I wanted to share one of my favorite low calorie breakfasts!

I scramble one egg yolk with 2 eggs whites
Toast one whole wheat waffle and cover it with sugar free syrup
Have a cup of raspberries or strawberry halves

Calories: 350 (could be less if you don't use milk to scramble your eggs or if you use egg beaters)

I have this as my Friday morning treat usually and it is sooooo good!!!!!!Chat Icon
