How about hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, salad w/grilled chicken. If you have a microwave, I like Morning Star Farms vegetarian sausage patties, or some of their garden burgers for lunch.

How strict are you with your carbs, would you eat fruit?

Re: need some low-carb ideas for breakfast and lunch that I can take to work
I am doing low carbs too, like really low. And for breakfast, I have eggs... that's really the only thing I eat. And for lunch I bring a hot dog, hamburger, grilled chicken, left over steaks from dinner the night before.
I hope this helps.
BTW: Wendy's Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad is really good. And the dressing is only 1 carb for the whole pacakge.

Re: need some low-carb ideas for breakfast and lunch that I can take to work
For breakfast I have been doing an HG recipe I saw. 1/2 cup egg beaters in a mug with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese cut up. Microwave for 1 minute then stir then put in for 45 more seconds. I get the southwestern egg beaters. Really good and low carb. For the WW'ers it is 2 points and filling since it is fat and protein.
For lunch you can do a veggie burger with a side salad or grilled chicken and veggies. I also bring left overs like baked chicken, pork tenderloin, etc. Green Giants makes "Just for One" veggies that you microwave and those have been working out well for me. I pair it with protein and it is low in carbs and calories. HTH!
