My first 10K--Done!!
Completed my longest run ever this monring at the Boomer Esiason 10k Run to Breathe! Man, those rolling hills in the park are hard (I always run in CP but always avoid the hills)!
I completed it in 58:10 so I'm really happy!

I sent you FM but wanted to congratulate you again. Ugh those north end hills are F****ng BRUTALLLL!!!
I ran it after taking two weeks off from running. I threw up literally at the finish line 
Oh, and it took me 1:22. I walked some of it.
