Re: plateau
Have you incorporated BOTH weight training and cardio in your weekly regimen?

Re: plateau
Though i weigh myself often, I only truly believe the scale right after my period is done and early in the morning after I do my business Do you feel that your clothes fit better atleast since you know muscle weighs more than fat?

Re: plateau
Try changing up your diet. I like carbohydrate cycling to get past plateaus.

Completely agree. I did carb cycling to lose weight for my wedding and I still do it a bit (with one high carb day a week) but not to the extent I had been.
Throughout my week I would do this: Monday-75 grams carbs Tues-100 grams Wed- 125 grams Thurs- 75 grams Friday100 Saturday 125 Sunday 150.
Now those numbers are for me...I am five feet tall and at the time 102 lbs. The thinking behind it is as you add in carbs, (or calories in general for that matter) your metabolism needs to work harder to burn them off. So when you cut down to your lowest day, your metabolism is RARING TO GO and you burn fat instead of carbs. Make sense? It takes planning, but it's well worth it!

You vary the amount of carbohydrates you consume daily usually in a cycle. There are different ideas on the exact amount of carbohydrate you should consume each day but basically you have a high carbohydrate day, a low carbohydrate day and a no (or very low) carbohydrate day. The idea is to increase you metabolism by varying your macronutrients.
