Todays Recipe, dedicated to KDelace!!!!!
Kristen's Amazing Chili!!!!!
1 large package of ground beef
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 cans of crushed tomatoes (Large cans)
2 cans of red kidney beans (goya) Rinsed and drained.
1 small can tomato sauce
3 teaspoons of chili powder
I whole Jalapeno cut up
3 hard sprinkles of paprika
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. (Yes, Cinnamon!)
In a saucepan, cook beef, onion, pepper,chili powder, and garlic until meat is tender and onions are tender. Drain fat when cooked. Stir in all tomatoes (crushed and sauce), beans,fresh parsley,cinnamon, paprika, jalapeno, and salt and pepper.Bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 mins on medium heat.
Serve over a bed of white rice!
I took pics, but every time I put the memory card in, my computer shuts down!

You're very welcome!!! I really do look forward to your recipes...they really all sound delicious. I have every single one of them marked in my "notebook" and I can't wait to start cooking them up.
Oh yeah...I actually did try one of your recipes already...it wasn't an official recipe of the day one though...in another post you wrote a recipe for boneless pork chops marinated in balsamic, soy sauce, etc...I tried that one night last week and DH and I LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for this recipe Kristen! Chili is one of DH's favorites but something I never got into so I've never made it for him.
We're doing a weekend celebration for his b'day and I think I'll surprise him for dinner with this on Monday night!
