snackers.....i need some ideas!
im a huge snacker!! im starting my diet next week and i want to stock up on healthy snacks and get the junk out.
what are your favorite healthy snacks??

not so "healthy" but I eat choc gramcrackers with FF whipped cream in middle of two. you can freeze em or just eat after you make them.
Homemade hummus and fresh carrots or red, greep pepper strips.
Apple and low fat cheese sticks or slices. Or natural peanut butter.

not low in calories or fat, but I love to snack on walnuts. They have omega 3s and I don't really eat anything else that has it.

Grapes Bananas Watermelon string cheese 100 cal smartfood popcorn 100 cal microwave popcorn granola thins red fat wheat thins or triscuits raisins

baby carrots with hummus dry roasted almonds- trader joe's are the best! cut up cukes with low fat ranch celery sticks with natural pb apples slices with natural pb soy nuts raw trail mix 2% cheese sticks light laughing cow cheese wedge with fiber one crackers

This is what I snack on:
-nuts -grapes -berries -laughing cow cheeses on either crackers or whole wheat toast -hummus -greek yogurt -cottage cheese -popchips -bananas -cabbage -baby carrots

I'm a snacker, too, so I can relate. These are my go-tos:
-laughing cow light with melba toast -any kind of fruit -cut up veggies dipped in hummus or FF dressing -banana with a tbsp of pb spread on it -Sliced apple with two slices of 2% american cheese broken up over the slices. -string cheese -Special K chocolate and pretzel bars. Omg, love these! -Skinny cow now makes peanut butter wafer bars that are to die for! -light and fit yogurt -100 cal smart pop -popchips -roasted chick peas, so good!

Make sure your snacks are "healthy" choices that contain at least 3 grams of fiber per serving and little empty calories. The more snacks you eat without fiber or protein, the more you will want to snack. Fruits and veggies are great but pair them up with a healthy snack to keep you felling full throughout the day.
