Pilates!
For those who take pilates, how often do you take class to see results? I took a class a few weeks ago on a whim and I really enjoyed it but I'm curious how many times a week you practice to see results?

I do 50 minutes and it varies between 1-3 times a week, and I have been doing that for about 5 months now. I don't see a difference other than the exercises get easier but not on the scale. I do see a bit more tone and shape in my legs.

I try to practice at least three times a week but lately I have been slacking off! I saw results in the first few weeks after I started.

I do pilates along with a lot of other exercise so I'm not sure if I see results just from pilates but I do notice I'm not flexible and have a stronger core. I try to go at least once a week on my off-cardio day.

I've been going for about a year. I was doing 2x a week for a while and I can't remember exactly when I started seeing results but after a corner was turned, I became much more toned and was feeling really good. Then summer BBQs etc came and I need to do damage control! Glad I stuck with it, I really enjoy it now.
