Smock - help
What is a good smock for children to wear? A T-shirt, button shirt, sleeves, no sleeves??

Re: Smock - help
They use an old button down shirt of mine.
Definitely sleeves (to save their clothes underneath).
Button down too (in case of wet paint, they can unbutton rather than go over their head).
and don't dress them in good clothes for the day they have Art - just in case.

Re: Smock - help
My school requested a button down. I sent one with long sleeves too.

Re: Smock - help
I get mine inexpensive long sleeved smocks from Michaels. With the 40% off coupon it's less than $2.

Re: Smock - help
As a PK teacher I'd say definitely sleeves & either the tie in the back one w/ long sleeves or a button down.
