This year I wore our school uniform shirt a lot with dress pants or jeans just bc it was easy and a lot of the teachers on my grade wore the shirt pretty often.

I will usually wear black or gray dress pants and occasionally gray or denim skirts with a button down shirt or nice blouse

ETA: Most days I dress like that I feel super-dressy bc a lot of teachers will wear sweats and sneakers everyday

Not really. I work in a pretty mixed school - some very casual, some very dressy. I like being comfortable when I teach, so I usually go with whatever mood I'm in.

I usually only wear jeans on friday. In our school there is no dress code either. Some teachers dress like slobs in track suits (and they are not phys ed), while others dress like they are going to the club (don't get me started). I say I dress more like Banana Republic/Anne Taylor like, casual yet appropriate.

I don't dress up, no. I only wear jeans on Fridays when we are allowed to, but I definitely dress casually...a cute top, capris, flip flops or sandals.

I teach in NC, they don't pay me enough to put on a pair of heels or a skirt
