bloating
ugh...i hate pms. what can i do for bloating besides cutting salt and drinking extra water. like is there something i can eat to help cut back bloating? i hate this feeling.

What kind of veggies are you eating? Some veggies are "rougher" and tougher on the GI tract...softer greens tend to cause less bloating!

i eat a lot of spinach, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli...
im guessing the cauliflower and broccoli are the "tougher" ones??

Breaking a sweat HELPS as does drinking tons of water and cutting back carbs (especially refined ones) The only true relief is when AF arrives
