Clean Eating
I just wanted to rave about clean eating. I have always been into this lifestyle but then TODAY... I found Clean Eating Magazine and I am in love!! I recommend this magazine to anyone interested in food/fitness. It has some great recipes and some great articles that keep me knowledgeable and aware of what my body needs to eat. It is also a really well produced magazine, great large colorful photos, interesting articles, informative and fun at the same time.

I agree! I have been getting this mag for a few months now and love it!! This summer I tried a lot of the BBQ side dish recipes and they were great!

It's basically avoiding processed foods, chemicals, man-made products.
It focuses on eating fruits and vegetables and whole grains.
It's about understanding your ingredients and breaking down your meals and recipes into healthy, fresh, natural items.

Best.Magazine.Ever!!
Throw in Oxygen Mag and you have a power combo that won't let you fail!!
Make sure you pick up Tosca Reno's cookbooks too!!! She is a goddess!!

I bought a subscription to this magazine when Facebook had a $3.99/year deal on it and so glad I did, I love it and would recommend it to anyone!
