Food during the day when working out at night
If I workout at night, should I have high protein lunches? Or is that a waste? Should I save my protein intake for after I workout?

You sould be eating protein with every meal!! Before AND after the gym. It's never a waste to have a high protein meal.

You should have 30g's of protein at each meal. Do you eat dinner before or after you work out?
