I went baby food shopping last night and...
Got a lot of the mixed combo stuff. It's time that DS started tasting some new things...
Doctor said it's ok if there is an ingredient that they have never had before. Just as long as I introduce these combos slowly at first...
When I say combos I mean the fruit combos and veggie combos...

Yesterday I gave him sweet potatoes and corn and this morning he tried apples and cherries...

Yesterday I gave him sweet potatoes and corn and this morning he tried apples and cherries...
you dont have to give them the same combo for 2-4 days to make sure there is no reaction to the ingredient they havent had yet?? I started combos a few weeks ago but give them to DD for 3 days in a row to check for a reaction.
