finally brought my kittens and cat home!
The litter and mama cat I rescued in July are all in homes. 2 kittens and the mom came with me, and the other 2 kittens went to their homes as well.
The kittens are doing great with me! They seem so happy. They are playing, purring, eating well, and very affectionate. The mama is doing well, but it will take her longer to come out of her shell. She was a feral/stray in my old neighborhood for maybe a year or so. She is calm and seems comfortable, but not walking around freely when we're around or rubbing up against us yet. She does let you pet her.

Takes time for some cats.. my two are both stray rescues. We've had them for nearly 5yrs as older kittens (around 9-12weeks old) but one is only just begun to get comfortable asking for loving. She's a bit more withheld than her brother. I'm just glad she's no longer flinching when we pet her.  she used to do that for a long while. So sad.
Glad you have them home and kudos for giving all of them a loving home and a chance to thrive!

That's awesome. Mama should come around, but as long as she is social enough, that's fine. We had rescued a mama and babies when I was a kid. Took mama a long time to come around, but became my best friend.
Pics would be great!!! Congrats and you did a great thing!
