I read your post and I just want to reply..I am not pg, I am in my mid 50's and I had similar symptoms in July, I always had the sensation to pee, and it was very painful, like yourself, I just couldn't explain what I was feeling , all cultures were negative. I was on sulfer antibiotic. Dr's thought I had a UTI or an active bladder, but I new something wasn't right, so I went to a urologist, and they diagnosed, cystitis... I could go on and on, the urologist gave me medicine and I have been fine since..to get more info, please look up cystitis on webmd...hope this helps...hope you feel better soon...
