Re: Vegetarian and Weight Watchers?
i'm a vegetarian and on WW. i just started WW 2 weeks ago and lost about 6 lbs. i'm not using any special recipes while on WW, just eating whatever i was eating before WW but adding more fruits and veggies, conscious of how much fattening foods (cheeses, junk food) i'm eating and being aware of portions as well.

That's what I did.
One thing I loved - Amy's refried black beans, peppers and onions cooked fajita-style with seasoning and salsa on a whole wheat wrap. Super low points, good protein and yummy.

Re: Vegetarian and Weight Watchers?
I remember it was low. The salsa is no points, the wrap was 2. The beans may have been 1 and veggies 1? Of course this was also the old points system.
My favorite go to meal is all from Costco. Quinoa, topped with the frozen stir fry veggies cooked with a splash of soy sauce.
Or quinoa, black beans and picante sauce. Topped with a little cheese if you want a treat.
Black beans had lower points than most beans.
And for a quick lunch, progresso veggie soups!
Oh, a toasted Arnold sandwich thin, a veggie burger (boca?) grilled with salsa on top. Or instead of salsa, a bit of ketchup and reduced fat mayo, lettuce and tomato. I think that is 2 or 3 points and very filling!
HTH!
