Weight Watchers.... core or flex?

Anyone on WW core plan? How r u doing on it?
I just switched to Core this week,I was doing points, but found this to be easier.... and I think I am doing very well on it, however, it seems too good to be true. maybe it is becuase I have been on a diet since january, 2006and lost 52 pounds. Anyone have any feedback on it? TIA

Re: Weight Watchers.... core or flex?

I have done core in teh past and really like it. I feel like it is much easier to eat out at restaurants with core because you can have steak, chicken, etc. Also, when I switched from points to core it really jump started the weight loss and I lost 5 lbs in the first week!
Right now I'm doing points ( I just started two weeks ago) and I'll do this until I plateau. Then I'll switch. Let me know if you need meal ideas for core! Good luck!

Re: Weight Watchers.... core or flex?

I have done Weight Watchers for years and I have done well with it. I recently started working with a nutritionist and he has put me on an eating plan that is very siminlar to the Core program. I think the Core is easier if you eat out a lot because you can have steak, chickenm fish and not worry about counting everything.

Good luck to you!
