Getting out of rut
any advise? i've going to weight watchers at work for about 4 months. my weight is up and down. i konw i could be much better at eating better and working out. i'm just in a rut and i need to get out of it. what is the best way to get a fresh new start and start really trying to lose weight? i know i'm so much happier once the weight comes off.

First of all- this right here! If you think you can eat better and work out more than you can do it!!
Easier said then done, I know
My advice: When I'm in a rut, I really START over. I throw out old food and clean out my fridge and pantry. Next, browse weightwatchers.com, the D&F on here, and other websites to find food ideas. If you do a search on here you'll come up with so many threads of WW friendly items. Try some new things. if you cook your dinner, try out some of the Skinny Taste or Hungry Girl recipes. Try lots of new foods!! Stock up on fresh fruits and veggies.
Once you get everything at the store- weigh and measure what you can. Place separate servings into baggies to make it easier for you.
Write everything down. Check off that you're getting your good health guidelines.
Good luck!
