What is the best medicine for a cold? (for an adult)
i feel like poo...and i have a newborn and a toddler....what should i get????

I use CVS Multi-sympton pills. Helps with everything, stuffy, runny, etc.

I swear by Advil Cold & Sinus. They hold them behind the counter now and you have to sign for them, but they are the best!

Emergen-C they have these immune booster "shots" drinking one of those always changes how I feel instantly.
They're in green packaging usually in a 2 pack. They are drinkable.

Mucinex. Nothing has ever worked better for me.
ETA: And it's actually what my doctor himself recommended.

I have always had great luck with Airborne. Nothing makes me feel better quicker.

I use a neti pot and breathe in steam w 2 drops of eucalyptus oil. It helps clear out the mucous.

I was sick last week.
I went to CVS and found Vicks Nature Fusion. This stuff worked great!
It's 2 tablets every 4 hours.
Im allergic to advil, motrin all that stuff, so, this was the way to go and I was so thankful it worked!

I love Mucinex for daytime and then at night I dose up on Benadryl. Knocks it out quickly.
