seams reasonable to me... a few years ago I was paying a trainer $65 for a hour session.

That sounds reasonable. When I looked into 1 hour sessions in March, they were all asking for $200!

I think its a pretty good price. My gym charges $30 for a half hour session and thats AT the gym (and with a package).
The cost of personal training is just very high.

I pay $30 for a half hour at the gym so $50 for 45min at home sounds pretty good
