Celebrate Me at school.
DD is in kindergarten and its her turn for Celebrate Me week next week ( lucky me first out of the gate and I just found out today!!)
Apart from the usual stuff - making the poster, sending in her fave book to read etc do you guys do anything special during that week?
I was going to bring in cup cakes as a treat on one of the days.

In addition to what you are saying, DD can bring in a favorite CD for snacktime one day and one day is a special guest (which I am hoping I can take off work for  )

I know my kids' school doesn't allow food brought in, do you know that yours definitely allows it? Maybe she can bring in something she is proud of and talk about it or show it off. My DS is a little older but last year he brought in a book he wrote that I had bound and he showed it to the class. They all wanted to make books so it was fun for them to learn about too.
