Just curious...what is WW maintenance consist of?
I think I heard the Maintenance plan consists of 6 more points a day. But does also include flex points each week? So let's say your 29 pts, plus 6, plus the 49?
Can anyone tell me about maintenance? Just thinking ahead a bit and curious.

Everyone gets the 49 flex points, no matter what.
On maintenance you add 6 points to your daily points so that you maintain your weight and no longer are losing. For some people the 6 is too much to add to their daily,so they only use 3. Its something that you have to monitor and adjust to see what is going to work best for you to.
