Do you HATE anyone on LIW or LIF?
Someone said something to me the other day and i thought the word HATE was quite strong for someone who was never met...
So i was curious if others felt this way?

I think hate is a very strong word for someone you've never met in person. There are people I am much less fond of than others, but I definitely don't hate anyone.

hates a strong word I agree ... I tend to use it more often than I actually mean it. Because to HATE someone they actually have to mean something to you in the first place and more posters don't.
But I will say there are some people that post that I really do not care for and find myself looking at their posts and going

It takes a LOT for me to HATE anyone, even in "real life"
That said, I cannot think of anyone here or on LIWs that I hate

hate is a cruel, strong word. Some of our posts might not jive with the next but to say hate it is wrong IMO.

Hate is such a strong word, I couldn't use it to describe my opinion toward someone I do not know.
Even if I do not like someone I try to understand where they are coming from. Sometimes a person I didn't like initially winds up becoming a good friend of mine.

I agree with the 'irk' comments above.
I don't hate anyone.... I don't think that anyone can put themselves out on an electronic forum such as this one and completely convey their personalities to a T. Does that make sense?
Sometimes I will reread my own posts and think wow - that can be completely construed in the opposite direction that I intended.
